TITLE: CLAIM EXECUTIVE (Non-Healthcare Insurance)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the entire claims process for clients, from initial notification of loss through to settlement and payment.
• Review and assess policy coverage, policy terms and conditions, and loss documentation, and advise clients on their insurance entitlements.
• Coordinate with insurers, loss adjusters, surveyors, forensic accountants, legal advisers, and other relevant parties to manage claims effectively.
• Analyze and support the quantification of losses, particularly for commercial insurance claims and financial losses.
• Represent and advocate for clients during claims negotiations to achieve fair, reasonable, and timely settlements.
• Monitor and follow up on claims progress, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Engineering (Civil, Construction, M&E), Auditing, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on practical experience in relevant insurance fields. Prior experience with a loss adjusting firm or insurance company is highly preferred
• Good English in writing and speaking.
• Honest, diligent, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and investigative skills, with an independent perspective and the ability to understand and effectively apply insurance policy terms and conditions
• Innovative and proactive, with a focus on improving work efficiency and optimizing processes
