Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Loss Control Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct on-site risk assessments and surveys for corporate clients across a range of industries, identify potential hazards, and provide practical, actionable recommendations to help clients minimize risk exposure and optimize their insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk surveys and assessments at factories/manufacturing facilities.
• Identify risks related to fire safety, machinery, electrical systems, chemicals, production processes, and property.
• Assess PML (Probable Maximum Loss) scenarios based on fire compartmentation, construction, occupancy, fire protection systems, exposure
• Assess fire protection systems and existing risk control measures.
• Provide Risk Improvement Recommendations to minimize potential losses.
• Collect information, photographs, and technical data to support insurance risk assessment.
• Prepare Risk Survey Reports in Vietnamese and English.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal teams throughout the risk survey and assessment process.
• Travel to factories and client sites as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HSE/Risk Assessment is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Good English communication, with the ability to read and understand technical documents and prepare reports.
• Professional and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
