Claims Support Executive
TIS (Vietnam) Insurance Broker is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join our Claims Team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Responsibilities
• Receive, review, and process Non-healthcare insurance claims.
• Coordinate with Insurers, Clients, and Loss Adjusters to collect documents and accelerate claim settlement progress.
• Review policy terms & conditions, prepare reports, and propose appropriate claim handling solutions.
• Support and advise clients throughout the claims process while ensuring compliance with company service standards and timelines.
Requirements
• University graduate
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Chinese or Korean language skills are an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claims handling is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
