We are expanding and looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Your Role
- Develop and manage a portfolio of new corporate clients.
- Design and propose Comprehensive Non-Life insurance solutions tailored to each client’s business risks and needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver professional, timely, and high-quality service.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and business partners.
Who We’re Looking For
- University graduate with at least 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Good spoken and written English; motivated to grow and develop professionally.
